Welcome to the end of October, where my thoughts have difficulties deciphering between Spanish and English (which occasionally ends up confusing people who only speak one of the two). Where now there stands a Pringles can(Ranch Flavored if you were curious) with a hole poked in the plastic top to allow two feathers to shoot out of it like some crazy parrot with a bad hair day. Where the buzzing of my room light has driven me to the point where sitting in the pitch black keeps my sanity. I am drunk, and not from alcohol.
Oh October you have stolen my energy. I am exhausted to the point where I laugh hysterically for no reason and jokes simply confuse me. At the time where the clock reads 1:23 pm and five minutes later it reads 8:12 pm. The point where the rock hard ground is the most comfortable thing I have ever lain upon. Where the phone is my only communication with the outside world, and Facebook is basically my desktop screensaver.
Aye Octubre. Spending nine dollars on a aluminum water bottle attached at my hip so that I can consistently have the ability to save myself from passing out from dehydration. Where a piece of gum saves me the need to eat lunch. Where the leaves fall upon my shoulder and I turn around to see who is there (it is no one) Where I am thankful I chose to buy a cactus because any other plant would have died from neglect by now.
Tenth month of the year, you slay me. I write about you with such disdain (which now I have to look up to make sure I am using it in the proper context). Your weather has brought timid breezes which knock me on the sidewalk, and torrential downpours which I drown myself in.
I have a feeling November may murder me.
